Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

General Bonus Rules

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and all PAGCOR regulatory issuances applicable to online gaming operators.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dispute resolution under Section 15 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, in the venue determined by applicable procedural rules.

Amendments to These Terms
